The right speaker doesn’t just inform
- they create a shift.Â
Â
Modern life is full on - especially for women. You need a speaker who gets the real pressures women are under today. One who gives your audience (all female, or mixed) that shift - from getting the Aha! of clarity and context, along with powerful, practical tools to change gears, think clearly, and live boldly.
As a skilled and experienced storyteller, speaker and workshop facilitator, my work centres on helping women live more balanced lives - at home, at work, and in the world, taking a powerful look at the pressures and possibilities facing women today.
My talks are designed to be relatable yet stimulating, with a real focus on the practical things women can do to manage life in a balanced and equitable way.
Whether it’s a keynote, company talk, wellbeing workshop, or one of my signature Booster Breaks (like a lunch ’n’ learn, only more fun), I bring lived insight, humour, and no-nonsense guidance to every session.
I have spoken at sell-out public events like The Confidence Conversation, national conferences like the National Menopause Summit, with private leadership teams like LinkedIn and networks and companies all over the country and abroad. I will always work with you to tailor each talk to match your audience’s needs and your organisation’s goals.
