First - what coaching with me actually looks like

If you’ve never worked with a coach before, let’s clear this up straight away.

This is not therapy.
This is not motivational cheerleading.
And it’s definitely not vague self-help chats that leave you feeling temporarily lighter but fundamentally unchanged.

This is practical, thinking-focused coaching.

In our sessions, we:

  • untangle the mental noise that’s keeping you stuck

  • surface what actually matters to you (not what you’ve been conditioned to prioritise)

  • identify the patterns where you over-function, over-think, or over-carry

  • make clear, grounded decisions - and follow through on them

You bring your real life: the overwhelm, the resentment, the indecision, the exhaustion, the “I don’t even know what I want anymore.”

This is a short, sharp intervention designed to help you:

This is for me

My approach to coaching

I have a no-bullshit, practical and loving energy - I'll be your coach, cheerleader and confidante, while occasionally poking you with a stick!

We will meet regularly (weekly is great to keep up momentum, but bi-weekly works too). The one-hour sessions are done over zoom unless you prefer face to face, in which case we meet at my office in Terenure, Dublin 12. Between sessions, you have exercises to do which are designed to get you to reflect. Real magic happens here

Why this work matters

Women are taught to adapt, accommodate, and absorb pressure - quietly.

Coaching is the interruption.

It gives you space to think, permission to choose, and support to change patterns that no longer serve you.

This isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about returning to yourself — without the weight.

While our sessions will be unique to you and your circumstances, our pathway together will follow my Know Yourself > Believe in Yourself > Back Yourself process. 

It begins with Know Yourself.

You’ve lived, laughed, lost and learned. The time has come for you to check in with who, how and where you are right now, because only then will you know where you want to go. The Know Yourself stage is designed to help you reconnect with yourself -  where we define (or redefine) what ‘success’ looks and feels like for you now in all areas of your life and relationships. 

Believe in Yourself is the next stage.

This is where you ask yourself “What do I want? How do I want my life to feel?” It’s where you unearth dreams, discover new purposes and passions, and shape your future because you get to decide who you want to become and how you want to live your life. And it is game-changing. 

Finally, you learn how to Back Yourself.

This will change your life forever. Once you finish the 12 weeks, you will have learned how to separate self from situation, to differentiate YOUR voice from the external noise and from all the messaging that holds women back so much. You will be able to coach yourself, champion yourself and give yourself the support you need.
