In this practical and thought-provoking session, we’ll gently clear out three areas that shape how your life feels right now.

Declutter your beliefs

Over the years, women accumulate a surprising number of invisible expectations about who they should be and how much they should carry.

We’ll clear out some of the beliefs that are quietly keeping you stuck in pressure and overwhelm.

Dust off your habits

Some habits once helped you cope with busy seasons of life.

But the patterns that worked before can quietly become the ones that drain your time, energy and headspace.

We’ll look at what’s worth keeping - and what’s time to let go.

Refresh your direction

When life has been full for so long, it’s easy to lose sight of what you actually want the next chapter to feel like.

Hi, I’m Alana Kirk- midlifer, brain untangler, and bullshit-cutter-through-er.

As a coach, author and speaker, I’ve helped hundreds of women hit pause on their chaos, figure out what they really want, and go after it with calm, clarity, and courage.

I get the overwhelm, the over-responsibility, and the pressure to keep it all together.  I’ve singled parented, double-jobbed and triple buggied. I’ve been caught in the sandwich years of caring for parents and young children.  I’ve festered in resentment and flourished in my ambitions.

And I know how important it is to pause amid the mayhem, take stock at the crossroads and check in to get back on track.

And that can be really hard. Women today lead multi-layered, multi-pressured, multi-roled lives…. And the only way to thrive is to clear away the external noise and figure out your internal voice and choices amid the mayhem.
