My approach 

Like most women today, I've had my fair share of ups and downs.  I juggle a lot - and I suspect you're the same, right?  So I know I don't have time to waste (and neither do you I suspect) which is why as a coach, speaker and best-selling author, I have a no-bullshit, practical and loving energy - I'll be your coach, cheerleader and confidante, while occasionally poking you with a stick!

As well as my 1:1 and group coaching offers, I run regular workshops, and speak at events and with companies to help women understand that amid the amazing possibilities we have today, we need tangible tools and insight to learn to better manage the pressures.

Step 1: Name It  Checking in and seeing what’s working in your life and what’s not. This helps you check in with what's real so you can make the right decisions based on what you want, not the tsunami of "shoulds" or "can'ts"

We’ll be calling out the chaos.
The juggling, the rage-cleaning, the resentment, the bone-deep exhaustion. The confusion. 
No sugar-coating, no spiritual bypassing. Just truth, plain and powerful.
(You can’t change what you can’t name.)


Step 2: Claim It Reconnecting with what you actually want for this age and stage of life, whatever that is. This is about putting shape on what changes and choices you want to make.

What you actually want. (Not what your partner wants. Not what your kids need. Not what Instagram says.)

I’ll help you clear the mental fog and tune into what’s calling you — rest, change, space, more, less, adventure, something.

Step 3: Face It Getting honest about what’s holding you back

We'll talk about the fears. The doubts. The “Am I too old?” and “What if I can't do it?” and the "I don't know how to change things."

I’ll help you face the fears and meet them with courage (armed with better clarity and a goal on the other side) in a space that’s safe, smart, and judgment-free.

(Courage doesn’t mean having no fear. It means realising that there is also fear of nothing changing and it is worse.)


Step 4: Move It Choosing one brave, aligned next step

You’ll leave with a doable, aligned, proactive next step.

Not a massive life overhaul — just the next right move for you. And that will lead to momentum.

Because momentum > perfection.  Once you have started, once you have momentum, you are in the present tense of living your better, bolder, brighter life.
